Well here I am again behind doing my blog as usual.
Got a busy week.
Church yesterday and I did some sewing of infinity scarfs in the afternoon. We met Jim and Sue Brown at the Bubgalow for dinners Emily. Always so good to see them. They have such a beautiful place on Dagget Lake in Cross Lake.
On Saturday I worked at the Library but before I went in at 10am I made two appetizers for D.O.S.S., stuffed sausage mushrooms and ricotta thing on a baggette but I bought the wrong kind of cheese.
Next time. I bought romano instead of ricotta cheese. Too funny, hey they both started with an "R".
I was fortunate enough to see Santa twice on Saturday. Once at the Library, what fun having Santa there for a couple of hours.
We had D.O.S.S. at Sue's "Balsom Bay Campground group cabin. Was too fun.
We had not only a visit from Santa but Mrs. was also with Santa. Denise made a wonderful Mrs. Claus. We got wine and chocolates so weren't we the lucky ones plus we had a wonderful spread of food.
FRIDAY we had Bone Builders and I recruited some workers to clean the church. We had fun doing it. We have Linda the month of December off. Not much but a good start.
We had fun cleaning and Gary was there to help too.
THURSDAY we had crafter's at Audrey 's and I picked up
Lorretta. Did the same in the afternoon whe we worked food shelf. It makes you so humble working food shelf, and you go home thanking God for your blessings.
WEDNESDAY we had 2 Bible studies. Enjoy them both.
You should see the pointsettas at church. I bought a smaller one a while ago and just purchased a larger one on Saturday but when I walked into church Sunday you should see the giant ones. They truly are $100 plants. At least that's what they look like - they were brought over after the funeral at the Alliance Church for our Mayor. He was 62. They look so beautiful at the front of the church.
