Well here we are starting CHRISTMAS week.
I listen to Dr David Jeremiah at 6am on Sunday morning.
We have used many Bible studies using his materials.
Our church doesn't recommend using his material because it's not "Lutheran" based. Kill me. I really have a problem with us saying "As Lutheran's we believe" where I feel far more committed to "As Christian's we believe. I just wish we could all join together but I know that is pie in the sky.
I have worked at the Library for the last two Saturday's, a week ago Santa showed up. What fun.
On Sunday we met Gerry and Mary at The Bungalo for dinner.
Monday we went to our Lion's CHRISTMAS party and had the worst meal I have ever had, imagine if you can boiled red cut up potatoes with canned green beans dumped on top. I can't say any more about it. Yuck.
Thursday was kind of fun, we had crafter's at Lorretta's, we worked the food shelf and the "Remer Crawl" at night. Was fun meeting at the Muni and walking to our local businesses.
Two of our businesses had open houses and I need to find out where our insurance company gets its ham. It was to die for.
Friday Nancy S and I cleaned the church, Jim went in on Thursday and cleaned the sanuarary so I just had do the bathrooms and downstairs. We will clean again on Tuesday before Christmas. The church looks beautiful with the flowers.
I almost hate it not being Christmas soon.
I love the decorations, trees and lights. It's bad enough that the town put up wreaths this year instead of lights because of money.

MONDAY - Again
Well here I am again behind doing my blog as usual.
Got a busy week.
Church yesterday and I did some sewing of infinity scarfs in the afternoon. We met Jim and Sue Brown at the Bubgalow for dinners Emily. Always so good to see them. They have such a beautiful place on Dagget Lake in Cross Lake.
On Saturday I worked at the Library but before I went in at 10am I made two appetizers for D.O.S.S., stuffed sausage mushrooms and ricotta thing on a baggette but I bought the wrong kind of cheese.
Next time. I bought romano instead of ricotta cheese. Too funny, hey they both started with an "R".
I was fortunate enough to see Santa twice on Saturday. Once at the Library, what fun having Santa there for a couple of hours.
We had D.O.S.S. at Sue's "Balsom Bay Campground group cabin. Was too fun.
We had not only a visit from Santa but Mrs. was also with Santa. Denise made a wonderful Mrs. Claus. We got wine and chocolates so weren't we the lucky ones plus we had a wonderful spread of food.
FRIDAY we had Bone Builders and I recruited some workers to clean the church. We had fun doing it. We have Linda the month of December off. Not much but a good start.
We had fun cleaning and Gary was there to help too.
THURSDAY we had crafter's at Audrey 's and I picked up
Lorretta. Did the same in the afternoon whe we worked food shelf. It makes you so humble working food shelf, and you go home thanking God for your blessings.
WEDNESDAY we had 2 Bible studies. Enjoy them both.
You should see the pointsettas at church. I bought a smaller one a while ago and just purchased a larger one on Saturday but when I walked into church Sunday you should see the giant ones. They truly are $100 plants. At least that's what they look like - they were brought over after the funeral at the Alliance Church for our Mayor. He was 62. They look so beautiful at the front of the church.
